The role of the systems team is to support the management team and the employees in their tasks by providing system solutions to enable efficient professional services to be provided to customers, clients and to the group board members. The team help to support by providing help to complete specifications, supplying specifications, the coding to enable the requests to be realised, testing, training and the supply of manuals.
The role of the IT team is to develop a long term IT strategy which is underpinned by annual delivery plans to ensure the strategy is implemented. To provide an excellent IT support service which is responsive to customer needs. To design, develop , implement and maintain a high quality IT Infrastructure which meets the need of the business. The team have produced a robust Business Continuity Plan which is subject to continuous improvements and tested twice a year.
They ensure IT systems security is maintained at the highest level with continuous monitoring and testing as well as the management of third party IT contractors and support services to ensure that they deliver a high level of service and user satisfaction
