Human Resources & Facilities
The role of the human resources team is to help the business manage, support people and their performance. HR brings the people element to the forefront of the business strategy, to assist the management team in making the right decisions.
The team supports a variety of ‘customers’ including line managers, staff members, potential candidates, recruitment agencies, training providers etc.
Regarding Facilities, the team aims to ensure that the building is well maintained, negotiating contracts and contacts who can supply/attend as necessary so that the business complies with Health & Safety regulations.
